Events Beyond Our Control: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this document or any other service-related documents, GD Games 1996 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to any issues with your computing or network infrastructure, hardware or products, your internet service provider (ISP), any websites you attempt to access through the services, or any power or other utility outages.
Software License Terms
GD Games 1996 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use any software related to the services (referred to herein as "Software") solely for internal and personal purposes. Termination Policy
You agree that GD Games 1996 may suspend or terminate your use of the services if you violate these terms of service. GD Games 1996 may also terminate your use of the services if we decide to stop providing the services. You agree that any such suspension or termination may occur without prior notice, and you agree that GD Games 1996 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Service Plan Terms
Service Plan Fees: GD Games 1996 offers different service plans, and we reserve the right to terminate, limit, or suspend your access to the services at our discretion. GD Games 1996 may also change the fees associated with any service plan or charge fees for any free service plan with 30 days' prior notice to you. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you may terminate your use of the services.

Disclaimer: The services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, representations, conditions, or guarantees, including but not limited to any implied warranties of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, all of which are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You expressly agree that the risk of using the service is borne by you. GD Games 1996 does not guarantee the security of the services. The services do not protect you from keylogging, remote screen viewing, or other visual attempts to monitor your internet usage. GD Games 1996 does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Entire Agreement and Severability
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and GD Games 1996 regarding the services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations regarding the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between the terms of any GD Games 1996 policy or plan and these terms of service, these terms of service shall prevail. If any provision of these terms of service is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
Assignment: GD Games 1996 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms of service to any person for any reason without notice to you.
